Banking System’s use of control to have optimum performance and productivity. The company,
owned by Ron Edens, does menial clerical work for various non-profits such as Green Peace and
Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
From the article it can be inferred that Mr. Edens operates an extremely tight ship. With
pride, Mr. Edens employs various controls to ensure that his workers are highly productive.
