educational and professional background. During the timeframe of a four-day hospital stay, a
patient might come into contact with 50 different personnel, including doctors, clinicians,
technicians, and others. Dynamic clinical practice thus includes many cases where essential
information should be correctly communicated. Team cooperation is critical. When health care
