Reflection and Strategic Plan
Management is a career path that requires much more than just knowledge from reading
textbooks. Management is a career that requires professionals to utilize all their tools and skills
in order to provide their business or company with great leadership. Through this semester long
course, as a student pursuing a business management career I have learned an extensive amount
my career choice and how I may advance myself to be better. This case report specifically
focuses on my personal reflection of my strengths and weaknesses as a manager as well as a
