Mentors
Mentoring is an important thing in the workplace and in real life. It can open gateways
and help people get to the places where they want to be in life. It’s also a way for people to pass
on their skills to a new person. It enables the ever-flowing change of the work place to be more
fluid and successful. Though there are many reasons why it is a good thing but there are also
some bad things about it. In this article is will list the advantages and disadvantages of mentoring
or having a mentor.
