clear to decision maker and information about the problems is easily defined and completed
.In this case of coca cola structured problems can be defined as lack of supply and any
natural calamities that cause disruption on coca cola’s supply chain .Also in case If the
flavor orange change they have over 600 blends of flavor to maintain their optimal taste of
Orange juice. These are the structured problems of Coca Cola Company which they can
solve very easily as they familiar, straightforward and well defined to managers
Unstructured problems referred to problems that are new or unusual and for which
information is ambiguous or incomplete. Unstructured problems for Coca Cola is customer
