The five-factor model by McCrae & Costa is one of the most prominent models used right

Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (OCEAN). In this

Additionally, I will also discuss the pros and cons of the five-factor model.
After reviewing both self-report and my participant’s assessment of me, I see there are
similarities and discrepancies between these results. For instance, my participant and I
scored similarly on neuroticism, conscientiousness, & openness, where there are only low

(participant) points, which I was a little surprised that I scored more towards the middle of

my participant scored me at 4.4 points. I find this assessment of me to be fairly accurate as
it falls in the middle range of the scale. I think of myself as an organized, responsible, and
hardworking person most of the time when I’m in school and at work. But when I am at
home, I can say I become disorganized and a little lazy. With that said, I think this goes
back to our class exercise on whether we feel the same way across time and across
