Depression is an internalizing disorder. In adolescences, many young females
suffer from depression. There are many reasons why they suffer including, but not
limited to, eating disorders, obesity, or physical appearance. Being dissatisfied
with their body causes them to become bulimic where they regurgitate their food
or use of excessive laxatives or they stop eating/ rarely eat in fear of getting fat,
which is known as anorexia nervosa. Society, culture, and the media have created
