Beowulf Summary
Beowulf opens up with an introduction into Danes history about their bloodline control.
The first of the bloodline started with Shield Sheafson however he passed away and his son
Beow took over. This lead to Halfdane and then Hrothgar, under him the kingdom flourished.
Hrothgar thought to build mead hall for his success which was called Heorot. This is where the
men gathered to celebrate.
