Benefits of Bullying Intervention:
Bully
Bullying is a complicated issue that many have either experienced first-hand or witnessed
personally. Bullying or harassment can happen anywhere, even inside during the teacher’s presence.
However, it is not always clear for the teacher what they are supposed to do. Teachers are not
experts on school bullying, even though teachers spend their entire day in school. This is because
class bullying can be difficult to identify since not all bullying happens in the same way. Due to
troubles of defining bullying, teachers have a hard time finding which students to trust or not.
Sometimes it can be the superior student who is doing well in class or the student who is not doing
so well in class. Bullying can certainly become sarcastic which teachers get confused on
understanding the difference between friendly banter and harassment. Bullying can happen in many
different ways.
