Introduction
In this paper, I will focus on the relationship between the character “Jess” and her
mother. This paper will explore how their relationship has changed over time. Then their
communication patterns, and the strengths of the relationship and the challenges they endured.
Also, I will show how their life cycle stage affects their relationship. Which, I will discuss how
would I have managed the situation.
Bend It like Beckham is primarily a film about soccer. However, because the central
character is part of a traditional Indian family, food plays an important role in the film. Jesminder
