Video analysis
People interact with each other to some degree in their daily life. To be socially healthy is
inalienable part of our life in our society. We in some way are tend to interact with others but often
fail to fulfill it in a right way. Now I will try to analyze our team in the eyes organizational behavior
and share my opinion about the organizational notion used in our team work.
Our team was consisted of four members: old man, girl, handsome guy and me. In a group level
we try to understand social psychology and we are using Observational Methods by participating
and focusing on each individual’s behavior in this video analysis. When I observed my team
member I found out that all members of our team has the all features of BIG 5 (OCEAN): openness
to new experiences, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism. Because every
person did his/her best to achieve the result. For example old man is very good at conscientiousness
and agreeableness. He always gives his point in a clear and understandable way and it his point is
