Beauty, in its conventional self, is an adjective that tends to describe an attribute, physical
or otherwise, something that is agreeable. In a deeper, unconventional way, beauty is introduced
to our world, Matrix 4364, as something more profound and abstract. Beauty is an essence of
truth, or rather, it is the truth’s reflection, for in-truth we find beauty, and beauty is truth.
Nachmanovitch, Eric Booth, and Grudin have opened the door to this deeper, more profound
meaning of beauty and its relations with truth. For according to John Keats, “beauty is truth,
truth beauty.”
In order to immerse ourselves with beauty and its connection with truth, we first need to
understand Matrix 4364’s definition of truth or in-truth. In-truth is the extension of one’s self
