II. Opening:
After participating in conflict management exercises, our plan is to help you as the consulting
manager develop a conflict plan and system to use when dealing with employees who are not
open to the implementation of the CRM tool. Since some people will be less willing to share
their information to the new database, our task is to help you deal with that problem so it is not
an ongoing issue within the firm.
III. CRM Implementation:
BDO is trying to initiate the use of a CRM tool. While this tool will benefit the company as a
