Bad Frog Beer Essay
If the Bad Frog Company made labels for toys instead of beer, I think that the court
would have done a different ruling. Today, kids are exposed to all types of vulgarity and
profanity anyways. Going by what is in the stores now, they see more inappropriate things then
just beer bottles. Toys now are way vulgar then they should be and the government did not stop
them from putting them on the shelves. A package on a beer bottle or on a toy is not going to
hurt anyone. I think that the court would let them keep the package but have like a warning
stating if it gets out of hand or there are a lot of complaints about it then they would have to
make a new packaging, but the way some of these toy packages are now it fits in with some of
them already out there.
