Baby Boomers Overview
Baby boomers are categorized for those who born between 1946 until 1964 or the
following periods after World War II (BusinessDictionary). Research found that there
were roughly 1 million people in Singapore defined as the baby boomers during that
period. That sizable proportion covered roughly 30% of the total population and has
recently become the largest amount of aging population (Chan & Teng 2009). As
boomers are slightly differed with other generations, hence, need to further
comprehend in resulting better understanding about that age group.

evince strong desire to relish life and sanguine about their future health. As, boomers
also unwilling to burden their family, they retain their fitness in various ways that fit
their favor regularly.
