how is this leadership?
Authentic leaders honestly hope to serve others through their leadership. Authentic
leaders are more concerned with empowering the people they lead, and not too consumed with
themselves. They lead with purpose, not just for prestige. They value building relationships
with people and are passionate. Because they are straightforward with their leadership abilities,
