Bryant Gunderson is a sole proprietor with a successful bungee-jumping business. If he’s
considering to incorporate his business, the statutory law at the state level would best affect and
govern the process of incorporation. It will help Gunderson be able to manage his business
without worrying about losing personal things due to business liability.
Ticket scalping is considered a business for most people. It happens commonly around any
sport and entertainment events. Dependent upon the state law, this can result in a civil or
criminal violation, which either can limit ticket resale prices or strictly remove it. Some law
requires that an individual should be issued a license in order to resell tickets. As far as I know,
