1. There are many ethical issues about which people hold very strong opinions —abortion,
gun control, and the death penalty, to name a few. If you were a team member on a project
with someone whom you knew held an opinion different from yours on one of these issues,
how would it affect your ability to work effectively with this person?
➢ Even though everyone of us has individual opinions about the things or issues
we take in our everyday living, we should also understand and accept what their
opinions for us to know the other side of their thought and by that we can have
unity in doing such good things. We also cannot conclude whether our opinion or
other’s opinions are right or wrong or even an exact solution for that issue. But
anyway, there is no wrong opinion as long as it suits to be acceptable to
everyone and suits for ethical values. Most important is you can strongly stand
and defend your own opinion as long as your word is enough to understand by
other people so that they may understand your thought.
2. Identify two important life experiences that helped you define your own personal code of
ethics.
➢ Everyone has its own life experiences but let me share you my two life
experiences that helped me defined my own personal code of ethics.
