1.0 Introduction

In psychology, behavior consists of an organism’s external reactions to its
environment. It can be modified according to positive or negative reinforcements from
the organism’s environment or according to self-directed intentions (Tiffany, 2018).
Behavior refers to one’s actions before or towards others, particularly on a given
occasion. It can be observed and recorded through Behavior Dimensions and
Measurement Systems, which consists of measurable terms such as frequency, rate,
duration, latency, and magnitude to identify different behaviors. Some examples of
behaviors that people practice often are smoking, shyness, procrastination, emotional,
unpunctual, and less confident.
