Justification: Looking at the Utilitarian way, majority of the stakeholders involved are
benefiting in this case. Creating new job means better living conditions for individuals, more
tax revenue for the government, and on the overall, economic growth for the country.

unconstitutional was just plain wrong
Justification: the rights of socially un-favored classes and races are being discussed. By
