a. Of the different kinds of goods learned in class, which one is mentioned in the article?
Answer: In the article, America’s infrastructure can be considered as public good. Since people
cannot be prevented from using bridges, roads or schools, infrastructure is not excludable. Also,
since the kind of good do not reduce in availability as people consume it, it is not rival in
