1.Describe your business. What kind of product or service you will provide to
your customers? Where will your business be located?
We currently have out own business, it is called Henfy Designs. It is a
company with the slogan “we are more than ink on shirts.” We did start with
screen printed shirts, but in our last year we have started to do vinyl on shirts,
sublimation on all types of mediums, glass etching and decals. My husband
also does graphic design, so he is able to take an idea you have an make it
into a logo or an image. We have had clients from our neighborhood all the
way to Microsoft/ Xbox. Our business is located in Pflugerville, Texas
because that is where we live. We are not big enough yet to rent a space of
our own, so we work out of our garage and home office.
2.Which form of business ownership will you set your business up as (sole
proprietorship, partnership, or corporation)? Why did you choose this form of
ownership?
We are currently set up as a sole proprietorship but after our last lesson
I spoke to my husband about us to looking into making it a partnership. This
