Hi Stacey,
I agree with your points concerning Eataly’s differentiation model. The organization clearly has its sights
set on a new customer experience. Competing Globally can be extremely challenging as it requires a
keen sense of cultural sensitivity. Not all regions in the world can appreciate an all in one experience at
a grocery store. Tasting, buying, and cooking food all in one location may be intimidating to a few.
However, I believe that if the company is capable of providing a thrilling experience to a plethora of
customers, this business model could expand and become more competitive globally.
