Promote gender equality in workplace
1) I have decided to focus on gender equality in workspace. According to me gender
inequality is a major issue today. It’s the 21st century and yet women don’t get the same
status and power as men in workspaces. Unequal wages, sexual harassment and racisim
are serious issues a women might have to face. Being a woman I would want a workplace
which would be safe for me and all the other females working alongside me.
2) The managers of the workspace should regard men and women as equals. Wages and
promotions should be decided on the basis of the effort the individual puts, rather than the
gender. Women should not be deprived of rights and privileges, for being females.
3) The first strategy I would be using is the incentive theory. This theory suggests that
