Assignment #2
After watching the clip of the dating game, I thought about which character would best fit
the description of a serial killer. The character that I believe identified with the different
characteristics of a serial killer would be bachelor #1, Rodney. Throughout the dating game this
bachelor comes off as very friendly and seems to always know the right thing to say to the
Cheryl to make her smile and giggle. The first thing that seemed a bit creepy were in fact his
responses, whether she giggled or not. When asked to greet Cheryl, all he said was that they were
going to have a great time together; what he said wasn’t creepy but how he said it definitely was,
as if he already had planned what he would do to her. The following question that he was asked
was “What’s your best time?” which he replied with “night time, that’s when it really gets good”,
