Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to recognize, to understand, and control
emotions in positive ways to reduce stress, communicate successfully, overcome challenges, and
resolve conflicts. I find emotional intelligence to be important because it effects many different
parts of my day-to-day life, such as the way I conduct myself and the way I relate with others.
