Personal Reflection/Team Collaboration
1) The most important skill we need to have in stem schools is teamwork and in my point of view
good relationships lead to better work with your team.
We always communicate, play and eat with each other which has led to better work through the
past 3 projects with different teams as the relation between us has increased till reaching the
way we can understand each other. Also, good relationships led to better understanding for
each other’s skills so it was beneficial in dividing tasks between each other.
The school staff helps us a lot in such a type of relationships and increase the relationship bonds
between us.
They do that by various ways and one of the special ways of our school is the trips after the field
trips. After every field trip the school makes another trip but this trip is for fun. We always talk
play have photographs with each other so this way is very good.
Another way the staff use is (fun days). Fundays take us out of the mood of studying and the
psychological pressure during days of exams and lead to relaxation and fun. In Fundays we play
and take photographs. We also talk and make debates which really strengthen the relation
