Artificial Intelligence
Human have evolved for a long time rapidly, yet there is a thing which has
evolved more rapidly. It is artificial intelligence. It can help people, so it has made our
life more convenient and rich. For instance, a robot which is equipped with artificial
intelligence can clean out a room by itself, and there is a robot which can talk with
human fluently. However, it is also said that artificial intelligence has a very bad
influence on human, and it may be a serious threat for human for three reasons:
decreasing the number of jobs, using for military, and attacking human.
For the first reason, because of its convenient functions, artificial intelligence can
reduce the number of jobs which human has currently. Investing is one of the most
famous jobs which artificial intelligence can do now instead of human. Indeed, people
have invested with a computer, which is called algorithm trading, for a long time.
However, the computer just invests according to the algorithm that human created, so
it cannot deal with unpredictable situation. On the other hand, artificial intelligence
can analyze a large amount of data and predict by without human’s help. Therefore, in
the future, a lot of investors will lose their jobs. Another example is that it have
become able to summarize a lot of texts. It can read a lot of texts, decide what is
important part, and summarize in a short time. Likewise, the number of jobs which
only human could have is decreasing. With advance of artificial intelligence, human
would face underemployment in the near future.
In addition to the underemployment, a more serious problem is concerned. The
problem may happen when artificial intelligence is used for military. If a robot for
military is equipped with artificial intelligence, the robot can recognize its enemies
