fear and economic hardship for consumers, businesses and societies across the world. Supply chain delay,
travel bans, and changing consumer behaviour are threatening sector organizations and domestic economies
alike. At the period of unfolding situation, organizational leaders would need to step up to calm and guide
customers, vendors, stakeholders, and employees.
However, some organisations are unprepared to properly coordinate and support employees during world
threats like COVID-19. As this pandemic continues to reveal, organisations must realize that the choices,
actions, and priorities they make can have both the short– and long-term effect on their personnel and overall
success.
There are some interventions that organisations can use to manage employees during Covid-19 crisis. Firstly,
