of pen and paper to keep track of self-regulation, the remarkable innovation of technology has
brought about a fundamental revolution in this technique according to the article.
Self-monitoring is a low-intensity, secondary prevention strategy generated to improve
students’ self-management skills and support their academic, behavioral, and social development.
