Introduction
We live in an era in which nothing is constant, where change is bound to happen, where we see
disruptions killing businesses and everyday something new is invented or developed. In such
a dynamic environment conventional business models, thinking, organization structures etc.
will no longer work and there is a need for reinvention of management style, structure and the
mindset. But the question is whether this disruption is influencing the way people live. The
best answer to this question would be that Uber, Postmates and Airbnb are the result of
disruptive innovation which fundamentally changed the way people live. Each provides a
digital platform to give instant access to a taxi, delivery or room rental. Today, due to
consumer’s increasing adoption of digital lifestyles, every business must change the way it
interacts with the customers every day.
How correct mindset can help companies in building required skillset for the Digital Age
