Women are a powerful gender around the world. They can do anything with effectiveness
and efficiency even in the hard situation. Many women have become leaders around the world to
make decisions for some serious issue. Nowadays, many people are still debating about this
issue. I totally agree that women perform better than men in official positions and occupations
because women have more powerful leadership still and can work under pressure. However,
some people think that women can perform more in their family but not in their job and women
are an emotional person in making decisions.
A woman has better leadership than men. In fact, many women become leaders not only
in the government sector but also in the private sector. Women have a good talent to handle their
workers to work more efficiently than men. They show how women can influence their workers
