Increasing the Motivation

Professor Bright,

There was a valuable lesson learned about writing effectively due to the composing of

this project. While writing this essay it taught me the difference between claims and arguments. I

now understand how the lawyer fits in with writing an argumentative essay. The primary purpose

for writing my draft was to enlighten my audience about the difficulties students face with the

lack of motivation in school. I want to enlighten my audience about things that can be done in

order to help students maintain self-regulated motivation with a gentle push from their teachers

or professors. My intended audience is anyone who is affiliated with school, whether that be

students, teachers, professors, faculty, parents, guardians, or even expecting parents/guardians. I

honestly didn’t feel as though any revisions were necessary in my final essay. I feel like I got my

point across and maintained a steady track during the entire writing, applying precision on

staying on my topics.

Increasing the Motivation

I believe every student in the world has a stake in this issue, along with any adult who has

any children that are students. Particularly targeting those students who lack the motivation to

stay focused on their work in order to get good grades. Although I cannot speak for others in

saying everyone cares about my position on this issue, I believe that all students and parents

should care regardless of the students’ grades. I believe all teachers, professors, students, faculty,

and parents would benefit from hearing my arguments about this particular issue.

This issue can involve any student at any time. I believe all schools, universities, parents

and students should be made aware of this issue, along with my viewpoint that they can all do

something in order to self–regulate a student’s motivation in school. I believe the students are

impacted by this issue that would like to be reassured on a daily basis that they have the support
