Women Changing For The Century
While I was reading Cultural and Historical Contexts: Women In Turn-of-the-
Century America, I caught myself feeling irritated with the way women were treated back
in the early 1900s. How could women be treated so poorly? Why were they expected to
wait on their husbands hand and foot? What if the man was the one who waited on the
