Applied psychological research is not merely to boost the level of information but to
contribute to an improved solution Thus, compared to basic research, the aim is to
bring expertise to the forefront with substantial applications.
According to the recommendation of applied psychological research, when measuring
individual jobs and occupations, there are two primary objectives in performance
appraisal: (to produce an assessment of work performance and to improve job
tasks/organization within the company/organization performance).
Job research has long been used by applied psychology to better understand the
aspects of job success (McCormick, 1976, 1979).
End-user Organization believes that job motivation is thought to be influenced in one
of three ways by information about one’s success.
The first is that it provides a foundation for individuals to shape hypotheses about the
causal relationship between their success and compensation.
Intrinsic motivation is the second factor by which I think performance information
influences job motivation. An individual must have some basis for judging his or her
success to feel accomplished.
Performance reviews are one way to find out how well a job was done and, as a result,
to feel a sense of achievement.
When a person receives a good performance evaluation, it means that anything he or
she did on the job in the past was appreciated and is likely to be valued in the future.
As a result, the assessment raises the likelihood that it will replicate previous actions
