where he addressed the issue of the antenna after the consumer report article. He started that
meeting by talking about Apple’s ‘North-star’, which is customer satisfaction, and he said, “We
want to make all our users happy. If you don’t know that, you don’t know Apple.” That was a very
bold and strong start, for one thing.
