There is a group of Indians that are noted to be one of the most influential group when it
comes to Native Americans. This tribe is known as the Apache, which is pronounced “uh-PAH-
chee.” Given by their neighboring tribe, Zuni, which meant “enemy”(Native Languages of the
Americas Website). The Apache have thirteen different tribes in the United States till this day;
five both in Arizona and New Mexico and three in Oklahoma. These tribes have lots of history
with notable people, historical notes, and influences on agriculture that make up the
characteristics of this tribe.
