Testing Anxiety
At some point in time, we all have experienced the sudden rush of pressure or anxiety
that comes over us when we sat down in a classroom and got ready to take a test. It’s normal to
feel a little nervous and stressed before a test. And a touch of nervous anticipation can help you
get revved and keep you on your toes while you’re taking the test. But for some students when
they are sitting in the classroom staring at their test, they feel an extreme sense of nervousness
