Antisocial Personality Disorder
Antisocial personality is just like any other personality disorder. It has a well-established
pattern of behavior and experience that interferes with functioning and results in distress. People
with this disorder disregard others’ feelings and violate the rights of others through either
negligence or overt actions. The disorder occurs most commonly in men than in women. It is
more prevalent in people that are detained in prison. It is known that people with this personality
disorder are commonly involved in criminal acts, and they will never be sorry for their hurtful
deeds. They can be reckless, impulsive, and create acts of violence.
Behaviors connected to the development of antisocial personality disorders first appear
during childhood, for instance, animal cruelty and having the desire to set fires. Individuals
affected are reckless and have a problem conforming to law at an early stage. Several children
