Anger Observations
Many things throughout the day can cause you to be angry. There are many factors that
elevate and contribute to your anger and different responses each time based on the intensity of
your anger. Although you may think you do not get angry being frustrated, annoyed or even
irritated are all forms of anger just differently named. “Our attitudes do predict our behavior
when these other influences on what we say and do are minimal, when the attitude is specific to
the behavior, and when the attitude is potent” (Myers & Twenge, 2012, p. 121). After having
done the forty- eight hours of observation of my anger I understand it a little better than before.
In the following paragraphs I will discuss two different examples I observed in the forty-eight
hours that I took notes on, as well as the patterns of the incidents and what I learned and would
