The purpose of this proposal is to seek permission to research and address the high turnover rate
that plagues SunOpta, Inc. at its Allentown, PA location.
Business Challenge
Almost every week, SunOpta, Inc. loses at least one employee. Typically, the employees will
quit but there have been some terminations. The almost constant loss of workers increases costs
in the form of extra paperwork, retraining, and low employee morale. It is imperative that the
company address this issue in an effort to save time and money.
