Dene Aggregate Planning
The process of creating goals and objective and utilizing these goals and objective to
improve produc+vity and development capabilities is called aggregate projec+on planning
(APP). The reason this process is used is to ensure that all projects will accomplish its
development goals and objec+ves. When you use an aggregate project plan provides
management with a list of projects, which gives the balances between short– and long-term
goals. The list will assist management when making difficult decisions like when to start projects
and which projects should be u+lized [CITATION Bus15 \l 1033 ].
