Liberty vs Safety
Despite all of the awful things happening in today’s society, there has been a recent
epidemic outbreak. Within the last two years there has been a new generation of smokers in high
schools and across the nation. The e-cigarette company “JUUL” has skyrocketed in sales and in
2019 usage of their device is by five million middle and high school students. (Bogusky, 2019)
