Amex’s Enterprise Architecture
My key takeaway from the “Enterprise Architecture at American Express” case was that
companies with strong enterprise architecture can drive smooth and fast growth through
simple, scalable and standard systems. The case outlines how American Express created a
standard enterprise architecture to guide their progress into the rapidly changing environment
of payment processing
