Romantic Comedy Analysis Assignment
For my movie, I choose to analyze the film “Leap Year” made in 2010 starring Amy
Adams and Matthew Goode. This film is so similar to “It Happened One Night” except for the
fact that Leap Year takes place in Ireland and the other takes on the east coast of America. Both
of the movies include a woman trying to get back to the love of her life and facing a very
treacherous journey. With the help of a lone Man to help her find her but is completely swept off
her feet and has a change of heart at the end of the film.
