Introduction
Amazon Inc. is one of the best e-commerce platform in the world that operates in more than two
hundred countries. The organization was founded by Jeff Bezos and is one of the best
organization in today’s world that values customer satisfaction to its full potential. It is also
important to realize that Amazon has diversified its product range that has led to an increased
recognition and utilization considering the consumer perspective (Amazon, 2021). So, in this
report, we shall reflect upon the leadership styles that are currently being followed by Amazon
and what types of changes are necessary for the leadership style. In short, we shall reflect upon
the strategies for innovative changes on part of the organizational leader.
Theory/Model of Leadership
If the mission statement for Amazon Inc. is considered then it is important to realize that
customer satisfaction is their top most priority. Their main goal is that both productivity and
customer satisfaction should coexist at the same time (Dudovskiy, 2020). On the contrary, an
innovatory focus is reflected upon in the vision statement that states that the organization will
pave way for new opportunities with the emerging trends proving themselves to be the
trendsetters alongside facilitation of the general public in every possible way.
Now, if the current leadership model by Amazon Inc. is considered then it is based on fourteen
