Weekly Journal
Week 1:
I’m a sales Associate / Cashier at Marshalls. This weeks goal was to ask customers for
the TJX rewards card and at least get 20 cards for the week. I only got to obtain 11 TJX cards,
which upsets me because managers expected more than me and know I have a potential to do
better than that. My goal for next week (If I’m in the cashier) is to overpass this week’s goal.
Hopefully demonstrate that I am capable to do what they did think I could’ve done or reached. I
literally felt very disappointed with myself because when one is not able to reach the goal of a
TJX card , you are at risk of getting fired since the TJX card is part of your job. Anything can
happen so I’ll try my best next week.
Week 2:
Sadly this week I’m not working as a cashier but thankfully I’m working on the sales
floor. Putting back clothes and organizing the clothes neatly. Honestly I’m happy as a sales floor
