Alone Together
In the article “Alone Together”, there is a word "tethered to technology" means technology
improvement makes people depend on technology to live every day. It seems human cannot
survive without technology now, so we like “tethered to technology”. I feel “tethered” in this
modern environment because every people are using technology right now. If we do not have
the convenient technology, we will feel boring and upset. I agree with Turkle’s idea who
thought technology allows us to connect with others when our families are disconnected from us.
