Abstract
In 1990 Don Rogers had become Vice President and General Manager in the EPD. He had
responsible for the whole organization. The Electronic Product Division (EPD) provided
electronic component and had technological ability to create sole products in its field. During
his duty, he changed the some points of organization. Such as, he seperated marketing and
sales, he replaced the managers and discontinued the Bernett’s program. From 1990 to 1992
