communication challenges does teamwork pose? How might one prepare for these

Teamwork encourages unity in the workplace and employee involvement. Teamwork
within an organization allows goals to be achieve. Teamwork gives a positive work environment.
I work for Kaiser Permanente Membership Services. To encourage teamwork, we have unit–
based teams (UBT). A unit-based team is a group of frontline employees, managers, physicians
and dentists that collaborate with one another to improve member and patient care. They are
accountable for the performance of their unit and decide the methods and metrics of their
performance improvement projects. UBTs work on improvement projects related to the four
points of our mission and vision statement which is quality, service, affordability and best place
